What is grammar and why study it?
You may already know the answer to those questions. In which case, let's get right into it.
But before we do, I want to let you in on a little secret. This site is the work of two people. One of them hates grammar
and thinks it is worse than a waste of time - counter-productive to the language acquisition process. He does most of the
work on this site. I, on the other hand, am a little lazy but think that an understanding of grammar is critical to
mastering a language. Not to learn to speak or communicate, but to master it. So I've stolen this part of the site to
spread my propaganda. Welcome.
